House of RC Giveaway — Official Terms & Conditions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Promoter

This giveaway ("Promotion") is organised and administered by Ralph Christian ("the Promoter"), a company based in Florida, United States. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook or Instagram).

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to individuals who, at the time of the draw:

  • Are aged 18 years or older;
  • Hold a valid Facebook or Instagram account;
  • Are following the official Ralph Christian Watches account on Facebook or Instagram;
  • Are an active member of the House of RC Facebook Broadcast Channel;
  • Have commented on the official giveaway announcement post on Facebook or Instagram during the Promotion Period; and
  • Are contactable via direct message in the English language.

Employees, contractors, directors, and their immediate family members of Ralph Christian are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion opens on Friday, 14 August 2026 at 3:00 PM BST (2:00 PM UTC) and closes on Friday, 21 August 2026 at 3:00 PM BST (2:00 PM UTC) ("the Closing Date"). Entries submitted or received outside of this window will not be valid.

4. How to Enter

To be eligible, participants must complete all of the following steps:

  1. Follow the official Ralph Christian Watches account on Facebook or Instagram;
  2. Be an active member of the House of RC Facebook Broadcast Channel at the time of the draw; and
  3. Comment on the official giveaway announcement post on Facebook or Instagram during the Promotion Period.

Comments on the giveaway post act as your entry record. Entries without a corresponding comment on the giveaway post will not be eligible. Entry into this Promotion constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a Ralph Christian gift card to the value of $500 USD.

  • The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • No cash alternative will be offered.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if required due to circumstances beyond its control.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random using an online randomiser tool from the pool of eligible comments on the official giveaway announcement post. The draw will be conducted on or around Friday, 21 August 2026, following the close of the Promotion.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The winner will be publicly announced on Monday, 24 August 2026 via Ralph Christian's House of RC channel.

7. Winner Notification & Prize Delivery

The winner will be contacted via direct message to the social media account used to participate in the Promotion. The winner will be required to provide:

  • A valid email address (for delivery of the gift card); and
  • Any additional information reasonably required by the Promoter to fulfil the prize, such as name.

The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification. Failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited and a replacement winner being selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

Ralph Christian accepts no responsibility for prizes not received due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the winner.

To obtain the name of the winner, please send a written request to info@ralphchristian.com within 60 days of the Promotion close date.

By entering this Promotion, the winner consents to the use of their name and social media handle for announcement and promotional purposes by Ralph Christian, without further compensation.

8. Disqualification

Ralph Christian reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

  • Does not meet the eligibility criteria at the time of the draw;
  • Has unfollowed Ralph Christian Watches or left the House of RC channel prior to the draw;
  • Has deleted their comment on the giveaway post prior to the draw;
  • Provides false or misleading information in connection with their entry; or
  • Attempts to gain an unfair advantage or manipulate the Promotion by any means.

9. Data & Privacy

Personal data collected solely in connection with this Promotion will be used only for the administration of the Promotion and delivery of the prize. It will not be used for marketing purposes.

Please note: membership of the House of RC broadcast channel means you will continue to receive broadcast communications from Ralph Christian as part of that channel's normal operation. This is separate from and independent of this Promotion.

10. General Conditions

  • Ralph Christian reserves the right to cancel, suspend, amend, or extend this Promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, or corrupted due to technical failure or circumstances beyond its control.
  • The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to this Promotion is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
  • By participating in this Promotion, entrants confirm they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
  • This Promotion is subject to all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Void where prohibited by law.

11. Governing Law

This Promotion and these Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
