OUR ETHOS

SMALL BATCH PRODUCTION

As we've said before: we focus on quality over quantity. This is why we only produce our watches in small batches. Sure, we could save money on big production runs but we would lose the ability to have hands-on control throughout the entire process. We only use high quality materials in our watches and and we believe producing in small numbers allows us to ensure the Ralph Christian standard lives up to your expectations from our hands, to yours.

12 MONTH MOVEMENT GUARANTEE

All of our timepieces come with a 12 month movement warranty as standard. In the unlikely event that you encounter an issue with one of our timepieces just get in contact with us and we'll ensure it's rectified.

DESIGNED IN LONDON

We were founded in London but our team is global. It takes an entire team around the world to make every watch. We don't use middle-men, we are there every step of the way. It's the only way to ensure the very best quality timepieces.

SHIPPED FROM THE USA

We made the decision early on that the best way to get our products into the hands of those who wanted them was to ship out of the US. So we packed our bags and got on a flight across the 'pond' to the big ol' US of A. Whilst the design team is based in London we ship all of our products from our warehouse in Florida. This is part of the reason we can offer FREE worldwide shipping and allows us to get our products to more destinations, quicker and easier.

UNRIVALLED VALUE

As a pioneer of the direct to consumer model we cut out distributors, retailers and middle men. We don't market our products via traditional methods (expensive TV adverts / billboards / celebrity endorsements) and we don't have physical stores. Our products are twice the quality of similarly valued watches and we pass on those savings to you. We believe true quality should be truly affordable. As we say, no store mark-ups. No fuss.
