I had a problem with post service not getting my watch to me on time however the customer service department sent another watch immediately taking care of the issue and follow up to make sure it was settle , from that it tells you they are taking care of the customers and they are aim to please .

All of our watches are either 3, 5 or 10ATM water resistant which means that splashes or brief immersion in water (like dropping it in the sink or getting caught in the rain) will not cause any damage. However they are not sufficiently resistant for swimming, diving, showering or bathing.
