Domestic (within the United States) shipping is unaffected and continuing as per normal.
Please note there may be some small localized delays within certain USPS distribution centers as a result of COVID-19. This should not affect the vast majority of deliveries, and where it does, it will only delay things for a few days - but we are pushing them as much as we can where this is the case.
We are temporarily unable to offer free shipping to certain locations. This is due to a lack of airline capacity and so we cannot ensure that your products will reach you in an acceptable timeframe when sent via the US Postal Service. In countries where this applies we have kept the DHL Express option available, as they operate their own cargo planes and so do not face the same issue.

Orders are usually shipped the next business day after they are placed however please do allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes.
We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive this shipping confirmation e-mail. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the courier.
If you require add-on shipping services such as a "Signature Required" please make sure to select the appropriate option at checkout. If there is no one available please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery times are based on average estimates provided by the courier and we cannot guarantee these. For international orders, delivery times will depend on how efficient your country’s customs agents are, and can be delayed (sometimes significantly) if there is a backlog at your countries particular postal processing centre - this is outside of our control. All international packages are trackable once they are scanned by your local postage service. If you are experiencing issues with your shipment, please send an email to email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you in any way that we can.
Please also note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.
Your package may or may not require a signature. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in the open. If they deem it unsafe, they will hold the package at a local post office or re-schedule another delivery. Our best recommendation is to input a shipping address where you know you or someone else will be available to accept the package (a work address or a friend's address).
If any issues come up regarding the shipment of your order, please send an email over to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will come back to you as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, Ralph Christian is not responsible for any losses or damages. It’s the customer’s responsibility to follow the tracking information provided and contact the United States Postal Service, DHL, APC, or your local courier, to monitor the delivery of your purchase. We will help you in recovering an item to the best of our abilities, but, unfortunately, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund until the item is returned successfully or confirmation that the item is being returned can be provided. Please note, our free shipping speed is fulfilled via DHL eCommerce which does not require a signature. DHL Express orders will require a signature.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout, which can take up to 48 hours. You will receive a second e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 - 2 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES
International customers (outside of the United States) are responsible for payment of any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Ralph Christian Watches, and thus cannot be refunded.
We ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning that these fees are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from our website. All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.
Please note that DHL Express pays on your behalf for any duties and taxes that are due on the goods, as soon they enter the country. This simple process ensures that the courier can deliver your package in shortest possible transit time. The goods are released to you only upon the full repayment of any duties and taxes that were paid on your behalf. On some occasions, you may receive an invoice from DHL after the delivery of goods, for the charges they have paid on your behalf at the destination, plus a small administration fee.
Items sent via DHL Express are unable to be 'returned to sender' and so it is the customers responsibility to understand if there are any local duties or taxes that would be due on arrival (for international orders). We are unable to provide a refund should the package be refused by the customer on delivery.
By placing an order with Ralph Christian Watches, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to us. Please refer to our returns policy for further information on how to return your packages.

In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.
*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
