Water Tightness and Shock Resistance

This watch is protected against shocks when in normal use. However it should not be subjected to extremely heavy shocks as will occur when it falls on to a hard ground, for instance. This can damage the watch movement.

The designation ‘3, 5 or 10 ATM Water Resistant’ means that this watch will survive brief immersion in water, like getting caught in the rain. However, the watch is not suitable for bathing, showering or diving.

Should you need to organize a repair under the warranty, please contact customer services at info@ralphchristian.com with a reference to your order number and the details of your issue.

Warranty Cover

This warranty covers the watch movement against manufacturers’ defects for 12 months from the date of receipt.

Within that period your watch will be repaired free of charge except for a handling and transportation fee of $19.95 (this includes the cost of getting the watch back to you). We cannot accept responsibility for damage or loss caused in transit.

Not Covered By Warranty

Please note the warranty does not cover the case, plating, glass or band/strap. Damage caused through accident, misuse, neglect or inexpert repairs are not covered. Discoloration or general wear & tear as well as theft are also not covered. Any loss or damage whilst the watch is not in our possession including transit by any means is not covered. Batteries are not covered under this warranty.

Your Statutory Rights

This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your legal rights under the consumer law that applies where you live.

If your order was delivered to an address in the EU or EEA, you also have a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years. That legal guarantee covers the entire product, not only the movement, and under it repair or replacement is provided free of charge. It applies independently of this warranty, and you may choose to claim under either. Read the EU legal guarantee notice.
