Terms and Conditions for the Refer-A-Friend Scheme
Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully, as they outline the rules and guidelines for participating in our Refer-A-Friend Scheme.
1. Eligibility: This refer-a-friend scheme ("Scheme") is open to select registered users ("Referrers"). By participating in the Scheme, Referrers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Commission Rate: Referrers will earn a commission of 7% on the net sales amount resulting from their referred customers' purchases ("Referred Sales"). Net sales refer to the total sales minus any returns, discounts, taxes, fees and allowances.
3. Referral Attribution: For a commission to be eligible, the referred purchase must be successfully attributed by the platform, primarily achieved when the referred party uses the unique link provided to the referring party. While we strive for accuracy in tracking referrals, we do not guarantee or warrant the service. In the event of errors or discrepancies in tracking, the associated commission becomes void.
4. Commission Crediting and Returns: Commissions will be credited to the Referrer's platform account 60 days after the date of purchase. If a purchase made by a referred customer is refunded, disputed, voided, or returned within this 60-day period, the commission associated with that purchase will be voided and will not be credited to the Referrer's account.
5. Payment and Account Credit: The commission will be credited to the Referrer's referral account on our platform.
6. Minimum Threshold: The commission earned must exceed the minimum threshold before it is eligible for withdrawal. This threshold is currently set at $50. However, we reserve the right to amend the threshold from time to time. Referrers will be notified of any changes in advance.
7. Payment Schedule: Payments from the referral account will be made once a month, at our discretion. The exact date of payment may vary.
8. Tax Responsibility: Referrers are solely responsible for any tax implications resulting from the received commissions. We do not withhold taxes from the commission payments, and it's the responsibility of the Referrer to understand their tax obligations in the U.S.
9. Fraudulent Activities: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a Referrer's participation in the Scheme if we suspect any fraudulent activities or misuse. Suspended or terminated Referrers may not be entitled to any commission payouts.
10. Termination and Changes: We reserve the right to change, modify, or terminate the Scheme at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Referrers will be notified of significant changes to the Scheme, but it remains the Referrer's responsibility to review these terms regularly.
11. Limitation of Liability: We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with the Scheme or these Terms and Conditions.
12. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
